Creditors Guide To Fees
From 1 April 2007, SIP 9 no longer requires insolvency practitioners to issue copies of the SIP 9 guidance notes to creditors when seeking approval for fees.
Instead, they are required to tell creditors how to access the relevant explanatory note, or the equivalent information.
